The Academy is where what you discover about yourself begins to turn into concrete practice. Two live gatherings with Fábio a month, practices for daily life, and a circle walking the same journey you are.
It isn't a course with a start and an end: it's a system of practices that continues month after month. Think of it like a gym, only for your Spirit.

How it works
The mechanics of a continuous practice
Live gatherings
Two live gatherings with Fábio: the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Meditations, activations, channeled messages, energy work, and study, whatever is alive for the circle that day. Times may shift by agreement with the community around holidays or daylight-saving changes.
Guided meditations
Audios and techniques to practice in daily life. They sustain your practice between gatherings.
WhatsApp circle
A private community to share, ask, and talk with other seekers.
Material and archive
Recordings and transcripts of each gathering, plus supporting material when relevant. Access to the archive of past gatherings.

Each month is complete in itself. You can join at any time. You also receive access to material from past gatherings.
The gatherings are live, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Every gathering is recorded and stays available afterward for you to watch in your own time. Times may occasionally shift by agreement with the community around holidays, daylight-saving changes, or special situations.
They serve different intentions. The Academy is a continuous practice, month after month. An individual session goes deep on the specific questions you bring. There's no right order, only what calls you in the moment. If you're unsure, the Academy welcomes those who arrive not knowing. And you can book a session whenever you feel the pull.
Yes. You can cancel whenever you wish, no questions, no friction. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and you won't be charged again.
You can choose to take part in English, here on livingbytheheart.com, or in Portuguese, at vivendopelocoracao.com: two separate communities, each with its own gathering times and circle. The content and the depth are the same in both.
